Anne's expertise is in accelerating the creation of equity value by helping companies to construct, articulate and demonstrate execution of a strong long-term strategy by properly creating and expanding upon a sustainable market advantage. She is able to garner unusual levels of interest by deploying various marketing communications tactics and also has a track record of building the right strategic and financial relationships to enable a strong and enduring market presence.

Anne has substantial experience assisting Web 1.0 and 2.0 companies and has held various executive staff positions with private and public companies. She has also conducted consulting assignments for a wide range of companies in the consumer services, media, communications, technology and retail sectors. She was part of the initial team at StarMedia Network, the first Spanish-language online portal where she served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Relations and helped to build the company into the 7th largest website in the world in just under two years.

Anne has developed and conducted full scale corporate development programs from launch to successful exit for 13 companies totaling $815mm in funds raised through venture capital financings, acquisitions and IPOs. She is the recipient of a CLIO Finalist, U.S. Print Campaign and a Top 200 Annual Report Award.

Anne's experience spans Internet media and online services, (VOY, StarMedia Network, XseeksY) alternative Web-based delivery, (Kozmo, zBox), voice and data networking, (Teleos), wireless communications, (Mobilsys) design automation (AT&T Design Automation, Quadtree, Vantage Analysis Systems) and artificial intelligence (Symbolic Computing) sectors.

Anne has also been responsible for developing strategic relationships with such companies as Tyco, Disney, Yahoo, AT&T, AOL Time Warner, IBM, Excite, Netscape, ETrade, McGraw Hill, Telefonica, BellSouth, Groupo Clarin, CNET, Creative Artists Agency, Telmex, Teleglobe, IDT, Televisa, and many others. Her accomplishments in media relations include placements with The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, CNN, CNBC, New York Times, Fortune, Forbes, Bloomberg News, Red Herring, Upside, Wired, and Business 2.0. She is also an accomplished editorial and speech writer and has both domestic and Latin America/U.S. Hispanic market experience. She began her career as a research analyst at The Boston Consulting Group.
