ESPN
Dan is the product manager for ESPN’s domestic mobile web properties, and has extensive experience building mobile applications, delivering mobile video, and designing mobile solutions for a variety of markets. Prior to ESPN, Dan was a lead engineer at MobiTV, focusing on mobile client applications, video playback, and authentication and billing across carriers and ESDs. Dan also has held engineering positions at several (ultimately unsuccessful) mobile platform startups, and spent 2 years in mobile strategy/technology consulting for clients in the medical publishing and supply chain management industries. At ESPN, he spends much of his time on user experience, analytics, advertising, and market research, including frequent contact with potential partners in the mobile space. Dan holds a BA in Computer Science and English from Williams College.
