Amy Goldsmith is involved in all areas of prosecution and licensing regarding trademarks and copyrights globally, and she has extensive litigation experience. Ms. Goldsmith protects the global interests of both national and international clients in a variety of industries, including pet products, telecommunications, publishing, and consumer and designer goods such as jewelry, eyewear, and apparel. She has a specialized background in genetics and is a member of the New York City and American Bar associations. She served as co-managing editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Ms. Goldsmith is a frequent lecturer on intellectual property topics at various colleges and chambers of commerce, and she is the author of several articles pertaining to intellectual property for Tableware Today magazine.
